Bu sözlerin sahibi olan Kocaeli Üniversitesi Rektörü Prof. Dr. Sadettin Hülagu, 2017 yılında “Balkanların Gönül Sultanları” adıyla bir sempozyum dizisi başlatmış. Bu sempozyumlardan ikincisin “Fatih Türbedarı Ahmed Amiş Efendi” adını taşıyor.
Sadeddin Hülagu Bey sempozyum bildirilerini ve konuyla ilgili ek bilgileri kitaplaştırıyor. Bu kitaplar kağıdı, baskısı, mizanpajı, imlası ve cildi ile en üst seviyeye yayınlardır. Bu sebeple kendisine kültür ve irfan hayatımız adına şükran borçluyuz. Bir teşekkürümüz de kitabın editörü Dr. Adalet Çakır Çağlı’yadır.
İkinci sempozyumun kitabı “Fatih Türbedarı Ahmed Amiş Efendi Armağan Kitabı” adıyla çıktı (Mart 2021). Ahmed Amiş Efendi (1807-1920) Balkanlarda doğduğu şehir olan Tırnova’da medrese tahsili gördü. Aynı yerde sıbyan mektebi öğretmenliği yaptı. Tabur imamı olarak 1853 Kırım Harbi’ne katıldı.
RUM BAKKAL
Halveti/Şabani temsilcisi ve Melamet neşvesine sahip olan Ahmed Amiş Efendi, karizmatik ve etkili bir kişiliğe sahipti. Tasavvuf ahlakını benimsemiş ve her vesileyle çevresine bunu telkin ederdi. Kitapta şöyle bir olay anlatılır:
Harbiye Mektebi Fransızca hocası Binbaşı Hasan Nevres Bey, Amiş Efendi’nin müritlerindendir. Her Ramazan, bir gece Amiş Efendi’yi iftara davet eder, o da teşrif buyururlarmış. Bir Ramazan yine Nevres Bey huzura gidip, davet etmişler. Amiş Efendi hiç seslerini çıkarmamış. Ertesi akşam yine davet etmiş, yine cevap alamamış. Hasan Bey, bu sefer annesine: “Ben iki defa davet ettim, gelmediler. Bir de sen git, istirham et”, demiş. Hasan Bey’in annesi de Amiş Efendinin mensuplarından imiş. Bir gün de o gitmiş, iftara teşriflerini rica etmiş. Amiş Efendi: “Evet, bunu Hasan da söyledi. Hasan, her sene mahallenizdeki Rum bakkaldan alışveriş ederdi. O da sebeplenirdi. Bu sene oradan almayıp aşağıdaki bakkaldan aldı. Mahalleli, kendi mahallesindeki bakkalı ve esnafı korumağa, himaye etmeğe mecburdur. Şimdi o Rum bakkal üzüntülüdür. Yarın ona gitsin, geçen seneler ne kadar alışveriş etti ise, yine o kadar erzak alsın, adamı sevindirsin, o vakit gelirim”, buyurmuşlar.
MAHALLE ESNAFINI GÖZETMEK
20. asrın ilk yarısında İstanbul’da gayrı müslim esnaf çoktu. 1961’de arkadaşlarımla birlikte yüksek tahsile kayıt yaptırmak üzere İstanbul’a ilk gidişimizde bir hafta kaldığımız Ortaköy’de bir Rum bakkaldan alış veriş ederdik. Bakkalın, başka isteğimiz olup olmadığını sormak için, Rum şivesiyle “Baska pasam?” deyişi dikkatimizi çekmiş, şaka yollu kendi aramızda bu sözü tekrarlamıştık.
Tasavvuf ahlakında “Yetmiş iki millete bir gözle bakmak” ilkesi vardır. Amiş Efendi bu düşünceden hareketle Nevres Bey’in, belki de milli, bir gayretle Rum bakkaldan alış verişi kesmesini uygun bulmadığı görülüyor. Çünkü bu bakkal mahalle halkına güvenerek dükkan açmıştır. Onun kazancına engel olmak insani sayılmaz.
