Doğu Türkistan konusuna devam ediyoruz. Geçen yazıda tarihçe hakkında bilgi kısa vermiştim.
Çin istilası ve zulmü dolayısıyla ülkesini terk etmek zorunda kalan Doğu Türkistanlılardan bin bir zorlukla Türkiye’ye gelebilen bazı önemli zevat vardır. Bunlardan İsa Yusuf Alptekin ülkesinde verdiği bağımsızlık mücadelesi sonunda, güçlerinin Kızıl Çin kuvvetlerine karşı koymaya yeterli olmadığı görerek göç etmeye mecbur kaldı. 1949’da tarihinde kalabalık bir grupla Doğu Türkistan’dan ayrıldı, 1954’te Türkiye’ye gelebildi.
Mehmet Emin Buğra Doğu Türkistan’ın Hoten şehrinde doğdu, dini ilimler tahsili yaptı. İlmi ve hitabeti ile sivrildi. Verdiği milli mücadele Çin’i kızdırdı. O da 1953’te ülkemize gelerek Türkiye Cumhuriyeti vatandaşlığına geçti.
Şirzat Doğru doğu Türkistan kazaklarındandır. Evvelce bu köşede onun hakkında yazmıştım. 1949’da doğudan Çinliler, batıdan Ruslar Doğu Türkistan’ı işgale başlayınca Kazaklar batıya doğru yola çıktılar. Kaçan 100 bini aşkın insan arasında on binlercesi Taklamakan Çölü’nde hayatını kaybetti. Göç kafilesindekilerden biri 1935 doğumlu Şirzat Doğru ve ailesidir. Himalayalar’ı aştıktan sonra Hindistan’da iki yıl kalan Şirzat Bey ve onlarla hareket edenler, bin bir sıkıntı çekerek 1954’te Türkiye’ye geldi, izmir Kemalpaşa’da Alaş kazak Çiftliğini kurdu.
KANAYAN YARA
Doğu Türkistan her zaman kanayan bir yaradır. Son günlerde oradaki Çin zulmüne dair çok üzücü haberler gelmektedir. Bir dezenformasyon kirliliği de vardır. ABD-Çin rekabeti dolayısıyla Amerikan menşeli haber kaynaklarının meseleyi köpürttüğü söylenebilir. Ama dayanılmaz eziyetlerin varlığı bir gerçektir. Çin’in uyguladığı modern asimilasyon yöntemleri Doğu Türkistan halkını perişan ediyor.
Çin günümüzde en büyük güç haline gelme yarışında. Teoride Marksist iken pratikte ve ekonomide vahşi kapitalizmi benimseyen bu devlet gittikçe güçleniyor.
Türkiye olarak Çin’le iyi ilişkiler içindeyiz. Ekonomik zaruretler böyle gerektiriyor. Bu şartlar altında Doğu Türkistanlı soydaş ve dindaşlarımız için ne yapabiliriz?
DİPLOMASİ
Devlet olarak Çin’e savaş açacak halimiz yok. Ama ekonomik ve kültürel ilişkilerimiz geliştikçe ve elimiz güçlendikçe, diplomasi yoluyla soydaşlarımızın daha rahat yaşamaları için girişimde bulunabiliriz. Üst yöneticilerimizin bu bilince sahip olduklarını sanıyorum.
Burada asıl görev sivil toplum kuruluşlarına düşer. Sağlıklı bilgilerle kamuoyu aydınlatılıp bu konu hep canlı tutulmalı. Bütün zor şartlara rağmen medyamız, yabancı ajans haberleriyle yetinmek yerine, Doğu Türkistan’a bir şekilde uzanmalı ve sağlıklı bilgiler vermelidir.
Doğu Türkistan bizim için en az Filistin ve Gazze kadar önemlidir.
