Mesnevi’de Çinli ve Rum (Anadolulu) ressamların hikayesi anlatılır: Sarayındaki salon duvarının süslemelerini yaptırmak isteyen bir hükümdar Çinli ve Rum ressamlarla anlaşır. Salon tam ortasından perdeyle ikiye bölünür. Çinli ressamlar durmadan boya ister ve duvarı fevkalade resimlerle donatırlar. Rum ressamların yaptığı ise, kendi duvarlarını iyice temizleyip durmadan cilalamak ve parlatmaktan ibarettir.
Verilen süre biter, önce Çinli ressamların eseri görülür, çok beğenilir. Gerçekten güzel ve göz alıcı şeyler yapmışlardır. Sıra Rum ressamlarınkini görmeye gelince, önce aradaki perde kaldırılır. O da ne, manzara tek kelimeyle harika. Karşıdaki resimler olduğu gibi, iyice parlatılmış duvara yansımaktadır. Üstelik bu sırada daha bir derinlik ve parıltı kazanmış olur. Büyük ödül Rum ressamlara verilir.
Mevlana der ki: “İki yüz çeşit renge boyanmaktansa, renksizlik daha iyidir. Oğul, Rum ressamları sufilerdir, onların ezberleyecek dersleri, kitapları yoktur; ama gönüllerini adam akıllı cilalamışlar, istekten, hırstan, cimrilik ve kinden arınmışlardır. Gönüllerini cilalamış olanlar, ilahi güzellikleri zahmetsizce görebilirler.”
TASAVVUF VE SANAT
Bizde tasavvuf kurumları, güzel sanatların beşiği idi. Özellikle Mevlevi çevrelerde şiir, musiki, hat, tezhip, minyatür ve resim gelişti. Sebebi şu: Tasavvuf ve sanatın zemini ortaktır, ikisi de duygu yoğunlukludur, güzelliğin peşindedir. İnanmış sanatkar güzelliği yarattığını değil, keşfettiğini düşünür. Sanatçı, esasen var olan güzelliği ortaya çıkarır, ifade eder, seslendirir, çizer. Bu, az şey değildir. Öteler alemine yol bulanlar bunu başarır.
Mevleviler resim sanatı için iyi bir ilham kaynağıdır. Bu iş önceleri bir tür soyut resim olan minyatürle başladı. Sonraları klasik veya modern çalışan ressamlar da konuya ilgi gösterdi.
Batıdan G. Mandel, Hollandalı Vanmour, İtalyan Zanora’nın Mevlevi resimleri meşhurdur. Bizden İbrahim Çallı, Cemal Tollu, Maide Arel ve Aliye Berger “Mevleviler” konulu resimler yaptılar.
BİR SERGİ
Fuar içindeki sanat galerisinde Tülay K. Türkmenoğlu’nun resim sergisi var. Ayşe Ertübey Naz Makamında Aşk adlı bir kitap yazmış. Hz. Mevlana ve Şems merkezinde tasavvufi aşkı anlatmak isteyen bir eser. Tülay Hanım, yolu yazarla kesiştiğinden beri 3 yıldır tasavvufla meşgul.
Tabloların ana teması, Naz Makamında Aşk kitabından esintiler imiş. Birlikte çalışan ikilinin beyanlarına göre sergideki eserler, Allah dostlarının gönlünden dökülenlerin, Ayşe ve Tülay aynasında yansımasından ibaret. Tek eksiği, bolca kullanılan ayet ve Arap harfli sözlerin çok acemice yazılmasıdır. Tülay Hanım, hat dersi alarak bu eksiğini gidereceğini söyledi.
